Yet, Taylor's accomplishments transcend his professional realm. As a devoted father to two wonderful children, and a loving husband to Kayla, his family is the cornerstone of his life. Their shared home in Southwest FL is filled with the companionship of two cherished canine friends, Juliet and Nala. It's this remarkable balance between family commitment and his unwavering passion for patient care that elevates Taylor to the status of an indispensable asset within our organization.

John comes to us as an award-winning leader within the biologics community based out of Des Moines Iowa. John’s focus is on driving team success through new ideas and outside the box approaches has made him stand out amongst his peers over his fifteen plus years of leadership experience.
John is a passionate alumnus of the University of Iowa and devotes his spare time to his wonderful new bride Alex and their three dogs. He strives to leave each person he works with better and takes pride in seeing the successes of those around him.

Nestled in Newville, PA, Matt finds joy in the warmth of his family, residing with his wife, Sabea, and their four children. Beyond his professional commitments, Matt's heart beats for Jesus, family, and the thrill of staying active through sports.

With a track record of collaborating with three different biologics manufacturers, Kara has consistently contributed to the expansion of their sales divisions. Furthermore, she has been a pivotal figure in various startup ventures across diverse industries. Her forte lies in assembling and nurturing the ideal teams that propel sales success.
Kara's multifaceted nature extends beyond her professional life. She boasts a background in college sports and coaching, where she cultivated her passion for assisting others in achieving their best selves while setting ambitious personal goals. Known for her no-nonsense attitude combined with a deeply compassionate heart, Kara's upbringing in the southern tradition instilled values of respect and loyalty at the highest level. She welcomes challenges with open arms, relishing the great outdoors and embracing physical activity to maintain the optimal state of her mind and heart. Alison Zook
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Alison grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona before moving with her family to Pennsylvania. After years of living in Pennsylvania, she attended Shippensburg University and received a Bachelor's degree in biology. Alison has always had a strong passion for the human body, and the healthcare industry, which has let her focus guide her to the world of medical sales. Professionally, Alison comes from an elite background with 8 years of extensive sales experience. She has a unique way of keeping focus during stressful situations, displaying a passion for teamwork, and getting the job done. While doing a superb job of maintaining current relationships and bringing in new business, she strives for the ultimate customer experience. As a Director of Business Development for Advanced Solution, Alison will take her dedication for sales and add value to the company, supporting its continuing success.
On a personal note, Alison takes pride in her health and fitness. One of her favorite pastimes is going on a run or hike with her German Shorthaired Pointer, Ferrari. She also enjoys quality time with family and friends, traveling, and exploring new places.
