His innate ability to identify, develop, and establish new growth markets helps support Advanced Solution’s agile and proven distribution network presence. Gabe has a passion for progressive wound healing, a dedication to providing reps with comprehensive, advanced wound care sales expertise, and a commitment to raise the bar in wound care. A family man, Gabe is a husband and father of three. Emotionally intelligent with a team centric mindset, Gabe works fluidly in tandem with Luke and Jonathan to continue progressing Advanced Solution as a market leader in dermal solutions.

With a wealth of over a decade in customer service and relations, Tyler Baum assumes the pivotal role of Chief Communications Officer. As a dedicated liaison, Tyler seamlessly connects with our clients, orchestrating processes and spearheading initiatives that not only shape future business strategies but also cultivate robust company-client and partner communications. Moreover, Tyler undertakes the responsibility of meticulously gauging customer satisfaction, consistently refining our client relationships. Hailing from central Pennsylvania, Tyler finds his home in Shippensburg alongside his wife, Laura, and their canine companion, Phoenix. Rooted in his local community, Tyler is an engaged member of The Oasis of Love Church, where he not only ushers but also contributes to multifarious endeavors. With unwavering enthusiasm, Tyler is poised to extend his expertise in his role at Advanced Solution, eager to serve you in every capacity.

Daniel B. Kent

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO

Daniel joins Advanced Solution as the Executive Assistant to the CEO with over a year of experience in the outpatient orthopedic industry. He worked directly with patients while providing the highest quality of care to ensure the best outcomes. Dan, as most call him, has a proficient background in human anatomy and biology which helps him understand the vital need for wound care and healing. He will carry out many tasks and duties that are crucial to the success of the CEO and the company. Dan works tirelessly to build and maintain relationships while consistently striving to assist everyone with a servant’s heart. He is extremely passionate about helping others, especially those who are unable to help themselves.

Originally from Central New York, Dan now lives in Mechanicsburg, PA, with his amazing wife, Hannah. Dan is a devoted Christian who prioritizes his spiritual relationship above all. His commitment to his wife and family are the cornerstone to his success. Dan’s incredible work ethic, selflessness, and compassion for others will help Advanced Solution continue to grow and succeed for many years to come.
