Tyler L. Baum
CHIEF CUSTOMER OFFICER
Tyler currently serves as our Chief Customer Officer. At the core of his role is a simple focus: take care of people and everything else follows.
Day to day, Tyler works closely with both customers and internal teams to keep communication clear, solve problems quickly, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. He’s hands-on in improving support processes, streamlining workflows, and turning customer feedback into real, practical improvements.
He believes that teamwork makes the dreamwork, and that strong results come from strong relationships. Tyler is passionate about building trust with every client, living out the idea that people buy from people they know, like, and trust. That mindset drives how he leads, how he communicates, and how he shows up for both customers and his team.
A lifelong resident of central Pennsylvania, Tyler lives in Shippensburg with his wife, Laura, and their son. He is an active member of The Oasis of Love Church, where he serves as an usher and participates in community outreach. His faith, family, and commitment to serving others are at the center of everything he does both in and out of work.
Lee M. Beecher
CHIEF OF STAFF
Lee Beecher serves as Chief of Staff at Advanced Solution, where he works closely with executive leadership to support company-wide initiatives, strengthen operational alignment, and help drive strategic priorities forward. In this role, Lee helps coordinate efforts across departments, creates structure around key projects, and brings clarity, communication, and follow-through to the organization’s continued growth.
In addition to his role as Chief of Staff, Lee remains heavily involved with the Reimbursement Team, continuing to support reimbursement-related strategy for Omeza OCM™. His experience in reimbursement allows him to help providers, distributors, and internal teams navigate the complexities of coverage, claims, documentation, and process improvement in a fast-changing healthcare environment.
Lee’s ability to bridge executive strategy with day-to-day execution makes him a valuable leader within Advanced Solution. Whether supporting cross-departmental initiatives, improving internal workflows, or helping the Reimbursement Team respond to evolving needs, he is known for stepping in where needed and helping move the business forward.
With a background in business development, operations, reimbursement, and leadership support, Lee brings a practical, team-first approach to his work. He is driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, strengthen the people around him, and help build an organization that operates with excellence, trust, and purpose.
Jason A. Kuntz
SENIOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Day-to-day at Advanced Solution, Jason Kuntz focuses on expanding the company’s customer base by managing the end-to-end process, from verification through order activation and new account setup. He serves as a key Tissue Vault™ training resource, empowering accounts with the tools and knowledge needed to operate effectively. Jason also works closely with the Business Development team to ensure a strong onboarding experience and to help drive successful initial orders.
He believes that strong customer support starts with understanding needs and delivering effective solutions, and he is driven to scale this approach as part of building the Advanced Solution brand.
Amber Knapp
SALES ANALYST
Amber Knapp is an Analyst at Advanced Solution, where she focuses on keeping the data behind the business accurate, consistent, and reliable. Day to day, she manages the invoicing process and sales reporting, working closely with the team to resolve discrepancies and make sure the numbers align.
She spends much of her time digging into details, figuring out where data doesn’t make sense, and tracing issues back to their source. Rather than relying on surface-level fixes, Amber focuses on understanding the “why” behind problems so they stay solved.
Her background in biology and psychology, along with experience in scientific research, shapes how she approaches data with a strong emphasis on accuracy, structure, and critical thinking.
Amber is driven by a need to understand how things work and bring clarity to complex information, helping the team make more confident, informed decisions.
Mary R. Etter
OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Mary serves as the Operations Specialist at Advanced Solution, where she plays a pivotal role in coordinating our internal operations. With a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, Mary ensures that all internal processes run smoothly and efficiently.
She leads the planning and execution of our national sales meetings, orchestrating every detail to ensure these events are successful and impactful. Additionally, Mary heads up the organization of various company events, from strategic planning sessions to team-building activities, always ensuring they are flawlessly executed.
Her commitment to operational excellence and her ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously make her an invaluable asset to our team. Mary's leadership and dedication significantly contribute to the overall success and smooth functioning of Advanced Solution.
Doug Etter
FACILITIES DIRECTOR
Doug Etter serves as the Facilities Director at Advanced Solution, where he oversees the maintenance, organization, and day-to-day functionality of the company’s facilities. In this role, Doug helps ensure that each workspace operates safely, efficiently, and in support of the team’s continued growth.
With a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail, Doug plays an important role in maintaining the professional environment that supports Advanced Solution’s employees, partners, and operations.
