With nearly 15 years of experience in medical sales and leadership, Alex brings a strong track record of building high-performing teams, developing markets, strengthening partnerships, and delivering results in competitive healthcare environments.

Prior to being promoted to Chief Revenue Officer, Alex served as Vice President of Sales for Omeza OCM™, where he played a key role in expanding the product’s national footprint and helping bring innovative solutions to more patients and providers.

Alex is known for his hands-on, people-first leadership style and practical approach to growth. He is passionate about developing talent, supporting strong customer relationships, and aligning teams around clear execution, accountability, and long-term success.

Outside of work, Alex is committed to giving back through mentoring youth and his involvement with Shriners International, supporting care for children and families in need. He resides in Beckley, West Virginia, with his wife and two daughters.

Matt Eisenberg serves as Vice President of Commercial Operations at Advanced Solution, where he plays a key role in supporting the company’s commercial strategy, operational execution, and continued growth. In this role, Matt is responsible for contracting and managing relationships with external partners, helping ensure that Advanced Solution maintains strong, reliable, and productive partnerships across its network.

Prior to this role, Matt served as Vice President of Sales, bringing more than 20 years of experience across various industries. Known for his steady leadership, competitive spirit, and commitment to developing others, Matt has dedicated his career to coaching, mentoring, and building teams that operate with excellence and accountability.

A proud alumnus of Juniata College, Matt’s experience and leadership continue to support Advanced Solution’s mission of delivering high-quality wound care solutions with a focus on patient outcomes, operational integrity, and healthcare excellence.

Residing in Newville, Pennsylvania, Matt cherishes time spent with his wife, Sabea, and their four children. His passion for family is complemented by his faith in Jesus and his love for staying active through sports. Matt’s dedication to both his personal and professional life reflects his commitment to integrity, teamwork, and service, making him an invaluable part of Advanced Solution’s continued growth.

VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - EAST

As Vice President of Business Development – East at Advanced Solution, Alyssa Belanger works closely with healthcare partners, providers, and distributors to support growth across the Eastern region. Her role focuses on strengthening strategic relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping Advanced Solution continue to expand its impact in the wound care market.

Alyssa remains closely connected to customers to understand their challenges, goals, and day-to-day needs, while also collaborating with distributors to help them bring greater value to their respective accounts. She is focused on building strong, long-term partnerships and working cross-functionally to ensure Advanced Solution continues to support its partners with responsiveness, consistency, and meaningful results.

She began her career in direct patient care before transitioning into an independent distributor role, where she developed a deep appreciation for trust, adaptability, and relationship-driven service. Those principles continue to shape her leadership approach today.

Outside of work, Alyssa is a mom to two daughters and enjoys watching them play competitive softball. She also has a passion for traveling and gardening, which serves as a small but grounding part of her routine.

In his role, Taylor is responsible for expanding business development efforts across the western region, strengthening distributor and provider relationships, and identifying new opportunities that support Advanced Solution’s continued growth. His ability to cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders has been instrumental in positioning Advanced Solution as a trusted partner in healthcare. Taylor has also played a critical role in the company’s continued portfolio expansion and market development.

Beyond his professional achievements, Taylor values his role as a devoted father and husband. Residing in Southwest Florida with his wife, Kayla, and their three boys, their home is further enriched by the companionship of their beloved dog, Juliet. This balance between family life and a passion for patient care underscores Taylor’s integral role in our organization, as he continually strives to make a positive impact in both his professional and personal spheres.

Her role is heavily centered around house accounts, where she provides hands-on support from onboarding through ongoing engagement. Whether walking through account setup, helping navigate processes, or identifying ways to increase product utilization, Aleya is committed to making the experience as simple and seamless as possible. She strives to ensure every account has a reliable, responsive, and proactive partner who is truly invested in their success.

Aleya also identifies opportunities for growth within accounts, helping expand the use of solutions in a way that aligns with each account’s workflow and goals. In addition, she supports distributor relationships to maintain alignment and consistency across the organization.

Dominique plays a critical role in maintaining clarity and coordination across active accounts, ensuring communication flows seamlessly between internal departments and external collaborators. She supports onboarding new partners, monitors ongoing activity, and ensures each account and distributor has the guidance and resources needed for a smooth and successful experience.
