Building Advanced Solution from the ground up without relying on external funding, a rarity in today’s competitive landscape, stands as one of his greatest achievements. Under his leadership, the company has grown into one of the market leading healthcare logistics organizations in the United States, achieving a remarkable 300% year-over-year revenue growth in both 2022 and 2023, and a staggering 750% year-over-year revenue growth in 2024 and 2025. This success is a testament to the company’s relentless focus on innovation and its ability to forge meaningful partnerships.
Luke has strategically prioritized the development of strong relationships with leading Tissue Banks and Manufacturers, solidifying Advanced Solution’s position as a key player in the industry. Outside of work, Luke is a devoted husband and proud father to his son, Biggie Douglas Etter. Jonathan M. Sharp
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Jonathan stands as a proud veteran, having dedicated his service to our nation in the esteemed U.S. Navy. Infusing over 7 years of experience into Advanced Solution, he brings with him a diverse and dynamic skillset, underscored by his certification in medical coding and billing. In 2020, Jonathan's exemplary contributions earned him the prestigious Circle of Excellence award, a reflection of his dedication and prowess. Notably, he holds the distinction of being Advanced Wound Product certified, which imbues him with an intimate understanding of the market dynamics and product landscape. This depth of knowledge positions Jonathan as a pivotal asset, contributing profoundly to the patient care journey within our customers' clinics.
Collaborating seamlessly with our CEO, Jonathan orchestrates the daily operations and management of our consultants, exemplifying a meticulous and strategic approach. His journey with Advanced Solution dates back to its inception in 2019, and his role has evolved significantly since then. In 2021, he assumed a broader and more impactful position, extending his influence to encompass outside contract negotiations and the strategic alignment of our company's sales objectives.

Teresa M. Etter
TREASURER
Teresa Etter serves as Treasurer at Advanced Solution, bringing more than a decade of financial expertise to support the company’s continued growth. Since the organization’s founding in 2019, she has played a vital role in shaping internal financial processes and ensuring operational consistency.
Teresa served as our Chief Financial Officer from 2019 to 2025, playing a foundational role in shaping Advanced Solution’s financial infrastructure and long-term stability. She now transitions into a more full-time position on our Board of Directors as the company’s Treasurer, where she continues to guide major financial decisions and governance with the same diligence and integrity that defined her tenure as CFO.
Daniel B. Kent
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Daniel Kent serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Solution, where he leads the organization’s continued growth, operational execution, and strategic direction. His journey to CEO is rooted in a deep understanding of the company from the inside out, having previously served as Chief of Staff and, before that, Executive Assistant to the CEO.
During his time working directly alongside Founder and Chairman Luke D. Etter, Daniel gained firsthand experience across nearly every area of the business, including executive leadership, sales operations, distributor relations, internal communications, strategic planning, and organizational development. This unique path gave him a front-row seat to the vision, discipline, and entrepreneurial drive that helped shape Advanced Solution into a market-leading healthcare logistics organization.
Now as CEO, Daniel is focused on carrying forward Advanced Solution’s mission of Making Medicine Better Together while continuing to build a culture centered on service, integrity, innovation, and accountability. With a strong respect for the foundation established by Luke Etter and a clear vision for the future, Daniel is committed to leading Advanced Solution into its next chapter of growth, partnership, and impact across the healthcare community.
Outside of work, Daniel is a devoted husband and father who remains deeply dedicated to his family. Jade A. Swartz
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Jade A. Swartz serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Advanced Solution, where she oversees financial strategy, operational scalability, and long-range organizational growth. With a distinguished background as a board-certified Physician Assistant in gastroenterology and hepatology, Jade brings a rare blend of clinical insight and financial leadership to a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
Her career includes leading financial operations, managing high-revenue portfolios, and guiding the strategic expansion of multiple healthcare enterprises, including her own continuing medical education company serving physicians and advanced practitioners. This combination of fiscal expertise and healthcare acumen enables her to build strong financial frameworks, optimize resource allocation, and support the organization’s long-term vision.
With a data-driven approach to budgeting, compliance, and performance optimization, Jade strengthens Advanced Solution’s financial position and ensures sustainable growth across its tissue and wound care initiatives.Her leadership helps shape a financially resilient organization capable of advancing access to innovative care nationwide.
Mark Cooke
CHIEF LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Mark Cooke is an old board executive, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer with decades of experience guiding organizations through complex regulatory environments while enabling sustainable growth and innovation. He brings a strategic, business-first mindset to compliance and governance, partnering closely with executive teams and boards to align risk management with long-term vision and enterprise values.
At Advanced Solution, Mark serves as a board member and holds multiple executive leadership roles, including Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel, Privacy Officer, and Board Secretary. In these capacities, he acts as the backbone of governance, process, and documentation across the organization. He designs and operationalizes the legal and compliance infrastructure that enables the business to scale confidently, execute on strategic initiatives, and remain audit-ready in highly regulated environments. From board governance and committee structure to policies, controls, and enterprise risk frameworks, Mark focuses on creating clarity, consistency, and durability in how the organization operates.
His career spans venture-backed startups to publicly traded global healthcare organizations, where he has led enterprise-wide compliance, legal strategy, privacy, and governance functions. He brings deep expertise navigating highly regulated landscapes, including healthcare, clinical research, and international operations, with a focus on building practical, scalable frameworks that support expansion, M&A, and product innovation.
